Flexibility is an integral part of staying mobile and pain-free. Sometimes it's hard to carve out the time to do it on your own, and sometimes you just need a little guidance. We host a free guided stretch class every Friday afternoon. It's more fun if you bring a friend!

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time may incur a fee of 50% of the original service charge at our discretion, which will be charged to your card on file. However, we understand that life does not always go as planned, so we do try to be as flexible as possible.
